2 arrested in fatal New Tampa shooting

Forrest Jackson, 34, faces a murder charge in the June shooting of Kyle Prisco.

A Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office SUV sits parked behind crime scene tape on Regents Park Drive just east of Bruce B.
