Nineteen dogs died Thursday morning after a fire broke out at a breeder’s home in Orlando, officials say.Orlando Fire and Rescue says it was dispatched around 5:30 a.m. to the home in North Orlando, near John Young Parkway. The fire was “primarily a smoke event” that was caused by an electrical issue with an air handler.Officials did not say if Mobley was in the home at the time of the fire — or if there were any human injuries.The department said it was able to revive six dogs from the fire and has since moved the other surviving dogs away from the home.The Orlando Sentinel reports that an owner of the home, Marcia Mobley, has bred dogs from the house for 30 years.On Mobley’s website, found here , she says she has provided dogs for Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and “city commissioners from all over.”
